What data can be transferred as part of a Workday and Cube integration?

Transfer up to eight data categories to Cube to build a hierarchy for reporting and analysis. Default categories are account, scenario, and time, and up to five custom categories. Imported records can include up to 25 attributes or metadata for additional details.

Can the integration between Workday and Cube be customized to meet my specific business requirements?

Yes, you choose which data to export from Workday and how data is mapped to the categories in Cube upon upload.

What security and confidentiality considerations must I account for with this integration? Will my employees' data be safe in Cube?

Account permissions will provide the right level of access to employee data that each person on your team needs. In addition, Cube is SOC 2 Type II compliant and provides enterprise-grade cloud security over your data in Cube. Learn more about our security practices by visiting our trust center. 

I have a lot of employee data. How does this integration perform under load?

Detailed records will be loaded for transaction volumes under one million records. For transaction volumes over one million records, data will be loaded at a consolidated level for optimal performance. 

What's the typical setup time for a Workday and Cube integration?

Two to four weeks from the data being provided to Cube.
