Does Cube Decks work in PowerPoint and Google Slides?

Yes. Cube Decks is available for both. In Google Slides, install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace; it appears under Extensions and docks on the right side of your slide.

What happens when a number changes?

When a number changes in Cube, one click on Refresh updates the whole deck. Every visual shows a last-refreshed timestamp, so you know it’s current.

How do you automate board decks in PowerPoint?

Link each number and chart in the deck to a governed data source, so refreshing the deck updates every figure at once instead of re-pasting. Cube Decks does this in PowerPoint and Google Slides, keeping your template and pulling numbers that match Cube reports.

How do you link financial data to PowerPoint?

Use a connection that ties slides to the financial model rather than to a static spreadsheet export, so changes flow through automatically. With Cube, source data changes update Cube, and linked decks refresh from Cube with one click. 

Can anyone refresh a deck?

Yes, anyone with access can refresh, and refresh only shows the data they’re allowed to see in Cube. Building and inserting visuals requires a Finance or Admin role.
