Onboarding costs for Cube are configured to support each customer’s needs. This fee covers the setup of your Cube platform, integration with your data sources, mapping your data, configuring templates, and training and support for your team to ensure a smooth transition. 

Our onboarding process is designed to get you up and running quickly. We also include a new customer incubation period where you can expect hands-on, personalized support from our Customer Success Engineers for the first 90 days following technical set-up to ensure your team is comfortable and getting value from Cube immediately.

Cube is built to be user-friendly, and while we offer dedicated onboarding services to help you get set up, you won’t need external consultants to maintain the platform.

Once you’re up and running, your internal finance team can easily manage the platform with our built-in tools and self-guided resources. For any additional support, our Customer Success team is always available to assist.
